Kate Moss The New Face Of Kerastase

Fashion icon and supermodel Kate Moss wears big hair and a sultry gaze in her first photo shoot as the face and inspirational muse of French luxury haircare brand Kerastase.
The blonde Brit's lust-worthy tresses were styled into a glamorous wave by Luigi Murenu, using Kerastase products. The stunning black-and-white photos, featuring Moss in form-fitting sequins, were snapped by acclaimed Norwegian-born photographer, Sølve Sundsbø, who has previously lensed campaigns for Gucci, Chanel and Cartier.

While Moss is no stranger to a brand collaboration (we loved Kate Moss x Topshop) and is currently the face of S/S 2016 campaigns for Rag & Bone, Vivienne Westwood Gold Label and Versace, to name a few, this is the first time Kerastase has signed a famous face to front one of their campaigns—a first-time standard set super high.

Coco Rocha Chops Off Her Long Locks

There must be something in the air over in celebrity-ville. During the last few years, we've seen everyone from Miley Cyrus to Emma Watson to Michelle Williams to Anne Hathaway snipping off luscious and long, feminine locks in favor of stronger and tougher, shorter shapes. Perhaps somebody told them a new hairdo is still the best way to get yourself noticed? Whatever the reason, the spate continued last week with the bootylicious one. Now celebrity fashion models are getting in on the act. Taking her flowing auburn tresses into a punk-inspired pixie cut, Coco Rocha’s new look is a striking beauty makeover. With lots of length in the top section to create a wispy and light short to long feel, the shape features piece-y-ness and movement with soft edges; the side-parting sweeps elegantly over the face, drawing attention to the eyes. A fun, flirty, and easy way to wear the hair –– learn how to create it in the style notes…
Step: Ask one of our stylists for a feminine crop with graduation, a side-part, and playful length maintained through the top.
Step: For soft and sexy slept-in looks, cocktail a nickel-size of hair creme try the new Kerastase Short Mania  and tousle hair into a not so perfect shape.

Step: To create sleekness and shine use LAQUE DENTELLE A micro-fine fusion hairspray that sets all styles in place with a flexible       long-lasting hold. Works perfectly with heat tools. Push through hair from front to back to keep hair off the face for a dramatic, sleeked look.
Step: To make a gritty, lived-in, urban-inspired texture, pulse layers of Powder Bluff An aerosol spray powder that infuses texture and body with exceptional softness and no white residue. Can also be used as dry shampoo this will give texture and shape to the hair.
